Ludhiana city located in Punjab, India is also called "MANCHESTER CITY "of India.

The migrant workers come from other states for working in the factories. Long working hours make them habitual with tobacco chewing habit.The dental check up , treatment and health awareness camp was a small initiative to educate the  workers to quit the habit, rehabitalate and increase their quality and length of life.

This initiativ ewas undertaken by staff and students of Department of Public Health Dentistry, BABA JASWANT SINGH DENTAL COLLEGE AND HOSPITAL , LUDHIANA, PUNJAB, INDIA.
