Dental Check up and Awareness Camps- Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences, Thiruvalla, Kerala, India

The World Oral Health Month March 2024 was celebrated by Pushpagiri College of Dental Sciences with the aim of creating awareness on oral health among the general public and school children within the state of Kerala. A total of 14 dental camps were organised in the Month of March 2024. The dental camp conducted oral health check up and oral cancer screening for the patients. Oral health awareness class was also conducted by a team of doctors.

1. Vimalambikka Higher secondary School, Pampaddy, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 4th March 2024. A Total of 382 school children were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
2. AVG Motors, Perumthuruthy, Thiruvalla- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 8th March 2024. A Total of 271 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
3. Nearby Hypermarket, Perunna, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 10th March 2024. A Total of 15 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
4. Venikkulam Panchayath- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 10th March 2024. A Total of 188 patients were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
5. Joy Alukkas, Thiruvalla- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 11th March 2024. A Total of 168 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
6. Suvi Color Lab, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 13th March 2024. A Total of 51 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
7. Mobile Planet, Thiruvalla- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 15th March 2024. A Total of 12 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
8. Sacred Heart Church, Chettipuzha, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 17th March 2024. A Total of 206 patients were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
9. Lourde Matha Church, Paipad, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 17th March 2024. A Total of 192 patients were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
10. Thekekkara Panchayath, Pandalam- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 20th March 2024. A Total of 286 patients were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
11. Assumption College- Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 21st March 2024. A Total of 365 students and staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
12.  Bar B Que Inn Caterers, Idinjilam, Changanacherry- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 23rd March 2024. A Total of 63 staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
13. Kristu Jyoti College of Mangement and Technology, Chethipuzha, Kottayam- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 25th March 2024. A Total of 342 students and staff were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
14.  Vadassherikara panchayat, Pathanamthitta- A Free dental check up and oral health awareness camp was conducted on 26th March 2024. A Total of 302 patients were examined and free tooth pastes were distributed. An awareness class was also given.
