NOPH Puducherry - Dental orientation and oral screening and treatment done for AG Padamavathi College Nursing students at PHC Bahour

On 09.01.26, a dental check-up and treatment camp was conducted for first-year B.Sc. Nursing students at PHC Bahour from AG Padmavathi Nursing College. An oral health orientation session was delivered focusing on oral disease identification, prevention, and early intervention. Students were also briefed about the Ayushman Arogya Mandir setup and its services. An awareness talk on the harmful effects of tobacco use, quitting methods, and counseling services available at the Tobacco Cessation Clinic (TCC), PHC Bahour, including NRT availability, was provided. Pamphlets were distributed. A total of 15 students benefited from the program.
