NOHP Puducherry- A special dental orientation session was conducted for the college students of *Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science Indira nagar.

As a part of *World Oral Health Day celebrations,* a special dental orientation session was conducted for the college students of *Indira Gandhi College of Arts and Science Indiranagar,Puducherry* on 10/03/2026. The session was organized for the second-year students of _Department of Microbiology, BCA ,and Statistics_ with around *150* students actively participated.
During the program, the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and preventive dental care was explained by *Dr.Kavipriya .O ,* SNO,NOHP Puducherry.The theme *“Happy Mouth is a Happy Life”* was highlighted and discussed in detail to create awareness about the link between oral health and overall well-being. The session included an _interactive discussion,_ where students clarified their doubts about dental care, common oral diseases, and proper brushing practices. The program helped students understand the importance of regular dental check-ups and healthy oral hygiene habits.
