NOHP Puducherry - Seashore Integrated Health Camp at AAM - Urban Sub Health Centre - Periyaveerampattinam by Pondicherry AIDS Control Society .

An oral screening camp was conducted at *Periyaveerampattinam* on 18-02-2026 as part of the _Seashore Integrated Health Camp_ organized by *Pondicherry AIDS Society Organization.* The camp aimed to improve oral health awareness and provide early screening services to the coastal community. Informative fact sheets were displayed to educate the public about the harmful effects of tobacco use and the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
Oral health instructions were explained in simple language, focusing on proper brushing methods, diet control, and prevention of oral diseases. Brushing techniques were demonstrated using dental models to help people understand correct brushing movements and duration. Participants were also encouraged to undergo regular dental check-ups for early detection of dental problems.
Nearly *190* beneficiaries utilized the services provided during the camp. The program played an important role in promoting preventive oral healthcare and spreading awareness among the general public.
