NOHP Puducherry - Oral screening and treatment camp program conducted at Dubrayapet centre

An oral screening and treatment camp was conducted at *Dubrayapet centre* on 20-02-2026. 
During the camp, dental check-up was carried out to identify common oral health problems such as dental caries, gum diseases, and oral lesions. Dental treatments like scaling,filling,and extractions were done for the patients .
Dental awareness session was also conducted for the general public and patients of the NCD clinic highlighting the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and its connection to overall health. 
Proper brushing technique was demonstrated using a dental model to ensure participants understood correct methods of cleaning teeth. 
Participants were also educated about healthy food habits and the harmful effects of tobacco use. 
Nearly 56 benefited from the camp.
