NOHP Puducherry -Oral health awareness talk given to well baby clinic mothers at PHC Bahour

An oral health awareness talk was conducted on 29/01/2026 at AAM Bahour, PHC Bahour, for well-baby clinic mothers and the general public. Nearly 40 mothers participated in the session. The program focused on educating mothers about the importance of early childhood oral care. Key topics included the significance of initiating brushing habits at an early age, maintaining healthy food habits, and preventing harmful oral practices. The session also emphasized the role of parents in ensuring proper oral hygiene for children and the long-term benefits of good oral health. The awareness program successfully enhanced knowledge among the participants and encouraged the adoption of healthy oral care practices within the community.
