NOHP Puducherry -Oral health awareness , screening and treatment camp was conducted at Government industrial training institute centre Nettapakkam

An oral screening and treatment camp was conducted at the *Government Industrial Training Institute, Nettapakkam,* for second-year students on 17/02/2026 by the _Mobile Dental Unit._ The program focused on early identification of dental problems such as dental caries, gum diseases, and oral infections. Students were educated on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene and its role in overall health. Proper brushing techniques and preventive oral care methods were demonstrated. Basic dental treatments and necessary referrals were also provided. The camp helped create awareness among students about maintaining healthy oral habits and encouraged them to seek timely dental care for better long-term oral health outcomes.Nearly 20 benefitted.
