NOHP Puducherry - Oral health awareness camp program conducted at Government primary school , kalitheerthalkuppam

WOHD Celebration : An oral health awareness talk was conducted for the students of *Government Primary School,Kalitheerthalkuppam on 9.03.2026.* 
The session focused on the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene to prevent common dental problems such as tooth decay and gum diseases. 
Proper brushing techniques were demonstrated using a brushing model to help students understand the correct method of cleaning their teeth. 
The importance of brushing twice daily, reducing sugary food intake, and visiting the dentist regularly was also explained. Students actively participated and clarified their doubts during the session. The program was informative and beneficial, and nearly *40* students benefited from this awareness activity.
