An oral screening and awareness class was conducted on 07/01/2026 at Government Primary School, Mahe for 2nd and 3rd standard students. The program aimed to promote oral health awareness and encourage good dental hygiene practices among children. Students were educated about the importance of regular brushing, healthy dietary habits, and maintaining clean teeth to prevent dental problems. Oral screening was carried out for early detection of dental issues. Students identified with dental problems were referred to CHC Palloor for further evaluation and treatment. A total of 31 students were screened, including 21 boys and 10 girls, benefiting from the initiative to improve their oral health and awareness.
