NOHP Puducherry -Awareness of oralhealth and its significance to General health session was taken to immaculate Nursing students at CHC Thirunallar

An Oral Health Awareness session was conducted for Immaculate Nursing students at CHC Thirunallar on 28.01.2026. The session focused on the importance of oral health and its significant role in maintaining overall general health. Students were educated on proper oral hygiene practices, common dental problems, and the impact of poor oral health on systemic conditions. Practical guidance on correct brushing techniques and preventive measures for dental diseases was also provided. The program aimed to enhance knowledge and encourage future nursing professionals to promote oral health in community settings. The session was interactive and informative, and nearly 15 nursing students benefited from the awareness program.
