The healthy smile that we cares!

As part of the World Oral Health Day campaign, students from the Department of Public Health Dentistry at Chettinad Dental College and Research Institute, Kelambakkam, Chennai, conducted an outreach program at KCG College. A total of 102 individuals were screened as part of the oral health screening program. Following the screening, a comprehensive oral health education session was delivered to all 102 participants, focusing on simple and effective oral hygiene practices.

Participants were actively engaged using activity sheets from the World Oral Health Day website to enhance awareness in an interactive manner. Additionally, the official World Oral Health Day 2026 teaser video was translated into the local language, Tamil, ensuring clear and effective communication of oral health messages.
