"Healthy Smile at every stage of life"- embrace the stage of pregnancy

Happy upcoming World Oral Health Day!

It is a pleasure for our team to apply our work again for WOHD. 

We submitted our work for WOHD in 2022 and won "Best Branded Photo" while we were all students from Mongolia. Since then, in 2023, we graduated as dentists, and started an NGO named "Smile with Tuvshinjargal" to hold diverse events for oral education for Mongolian kids, their parents, and elders.

This year, we are returning to WOHD 2026 and collaborating with the MDA (Mongolian Dental Association). Due to the WOHD 2026 theme "A happy mouth .... Happy Life", according to this theme, we prioritized "oral health in every life stage" as our vision. We want to focus on pregnant women first. We consider this part of our lives important for everyone who is welcoming a newborn.  We held several events at pregnancy yoga centers to educate pregnant women about what happens during each trimester, and it's important to encourage them to visit dental check-ups. Also, what to do after giving birth for prevention.  We reached 3 yoga centers with around 30 mothers in 4 days. Our accomplishment is to reach 100 mothers first. Secondly, we are planning to hold events at the maternity hospitals by the end of this year. 

Recently, we created an illustration "Gobie" (baby Bactrian camel) representing the Mongolian Gobi, who is "ToothieBeaver's" friend, willing to be a national oral health ambassador. 

We appreciate that MDA (Mongolian Dental Association) has been supporting and collaborating with us since this year. Also, it is our honour to be able to attend, representing our country with a bigger vision and a bigger team.
