Dental check-ups
In connection with World Oral Health Day 2026, the Department of Public Health Dentistry, Government Dental College & Hospital, Mumbai, will organize an Oral Health Screening and Education Camp on 17 March 2026 at Vision Rescue Community Centre, Little Angel's English High School, Mankhurd, Mumbai.
The camp will aim to improve awareness about oral hygiene and will provide basic oral health screening services to underserved urban slum communities. Children and adult residents will be encouraged to participate in the program.
Target Population: Urban slum residents – children, general population, and tobacco users
