An oral screening and oral health camp was conducted at *AAM - UHC Ariyankuppam* on 12-02-2026 for the *Wellbaby* clinic patients and the general public. During the camp, oral examination was carried out to identify dental caries, gum diseases, stains, deposits, and other oral health problems. Oral hygiene instructions were demonstrated using dental models to teach the correct brushing technique, importance of brushing twice daily, and maintaining proper oral cleanliness. The participants were educated about the relationship between oral health and overall health.
Tobacco awareness was also an important part of the camp. Informative *pamphlets* explaining the harmful effects of tobacco use, including oral cancer and gum disease, were distributed to the public. Participants were encouraged to avoid tobacco habits and to visit nearby health centres for regular dental check-ups. Nearly *96* people benefited from the camp. The programme helped to improve oral health awareness and motivated the community to follow healthy oral hygiene practices.
