Activity Description – 2:2:2 Oral Health Campaign
The campaign aims to promote oral health awareness with a strong emphasis on prevention, guided by the 2:2:2 initiative — encouraging individuals to brush their teeth twice daily, change their toothbrush every two months, and visit the dentist twice a year.
As part of the campaign, free toothbrushes will be distributed to participants to support and encourage proper oral hygiene practices.
The program will also support the formation of primary oral health groups within schools to ensure continuity and sustainability of the campaign’s impact. These groups will help encourage students to develop consistent oral care habits and dedicate time to maintaining good oral health.
In addition, publicity and educational materials such as posters and banners will be used during the campaign to visually demonstrate proper oral hygiene practices and reinforce the key messages of the 2:2:2 initiative.
