Our two-day activity aims to promote oral health and educate teachers, staff, and children on dental hygiene. On March 17th, we will conduct an awareness session for school staff and children. The session will include a presentation on oral hygiene instructions, covering topics such as brushing and flossing techniques, healthy food choices, frequency of food intake, and the effects of plaque, calculus, and cavities on oral health.
The following day, March 18th, we will conduct a dental camp for children. We aim to check 300 to 400 special children and provide dental check-ups to identify prevalent oral health issues among them. We will also provide education on oral hygiene practices and healthy eating habits.
We encourage participation from school staff and parents as well. Our objective is to raise awareness of oral health, promote the observance of good oral hygiene practices, and provide access to dental care for children who may not have regular access to such services.
