World oral health day, healthy mouth for healthy life.

This event will be in cooperation with faculty of dentistry  benghazi university as well as the little wing organization. As a Libyan orthodontic society’s one main objective is to improve the oral health education, We will be having many activities on the world oral health day as an international day to celebrate the benefits of a healthy mouth and to promote worldwide awareness of the issues around oral health and the importance of oral hygiene to looking after everyone old and young.

Let the Children Say Ahhhh!!!!

Let the Children Say Ahh!!! is an of oral health awareness campaign among school children in celebration of World Oral Health Day and it is set to hold on the 20th of March. This will involve raising Ambassadors among  the pupils prior to the day who will invariable stand to teach their classmate on how to brush properly and effectively, the effect of oral diseases and how to prevent them.

3_to motivate and give the chance to poor people who don't have the financial ability to visit dentists
4_to collect the dental students from all over egypt in one place to learn from ech others and motivate working in groups and enrich their communication 


The programme targets young people below the age of 18 years who are in secondary school. It involves lecture by a dental care practitioner on the link between oral health and quality of life and the overall health as well as interactive talk on healthy oral health habits. The students and their teachers will also benefit from free toothbrushes and tubes of toothpaste in addition with tongue brushes.

El día 20 de marzo se conmemora el Día Mundial de la Salud Bucal, y tal como años anteriores, el Colegio de Cirujano Dentistas de Chile está organizando un evento educativo para promover el autocuidado, la responsabilidad y los hábitos higiénicos en escolares de educación básica.

En conjunto a la Federación Dental Internacional (FDI), Unilever y la Municipalidad de Las Condes, se planea realizar actividades educativas que fomenten rutinas saludables e integren la participación activa de los niños en este proceso.
